Alessandro Rosa graduated in Biological Sciences at Sapienza University in 2003, then obtaining a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology at the same university. After a post-doc at
Rockefeller University in New York, he has been a researcher at the Department of Biology and Biotechnology "Charles Darwin" of Sapienza since 2011.
His research field concerns the characterization of the molecular mechanisms that underlie cell function during differentiation and development, in order to understand how these mechanisms are
altered in pathological conditions and how they can be used in therapy.
